Rabbi Tropper’s administrative day camp experience spans more than 2 decades. Inn the summer of 2002 he co-founded Keshet Boys Day Camp, later expanding it to include Keshet Girls Day Camp. His goal has always been to provide an outstanding and innovative camping experience to Jewish boys in southern California similar to an overnight camp experience. Over the years he has consistently made this goal a reality by constantly implementing exciting and unexpected events and activities into each camp day. This same experience is now part of Camp Emek Boys.

Rabbi Tropper has over 20 years teaching and administrative experience for Emek Hebrew Academy Teichman Family Torah Center and Shaarey Zedek congregation. Our Counselors

Camp Emek Girls realizes that your child’s safety is of primary concern to you, and so it is to us. Therefore we only employ young women who portray the highest levels of maturity, responsibility and good middos. Keshet staff come from any number of Yeshiva high schools and post high school seminaries from across the country. All counselors undergo a multi faceted interview process, and continue with in service training throughout the summer. In addition a number of our older counselors are Red Cross certified lifeguards and supervise all our water activities. Keshet is extremely proud to have many counselors who have returned summer after summer and are well known to returning campers.
